Delete your data

Artlas does not create user accounts. You can use all first-edition features without signing in.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Artlas and choose the Settings icon.
2. Export a backup first if you want to keep your travel plans.
3. Choose “Delete all Artlas data” and confirm.

This removes your wishlist, trips, dates, visited marks and current daily progress from the device. If you have played, Artlas also deletes the current server game session before clearing its token; an internet connection is required for that step.

If you already removed the app

Clear the site’s browser storage or the mobile app’s storage using your device settings. Previous anonymous daily server sessions expire after eight days, even if you no longer have the token. Device or cloud backups managed by Apple, Google or your own backup tools must be managed with those providers.

Correction reports and support

Reports are retained for editorial review for up to 90 days. To request help with a report, contact hello@cresendo.org with its report identifier if available. Avoid sending precise location or other unnecessary personal information.
